Interesting Learning Curve

A lot of challenges due to the lack of national procedures and protocols. Good concept of what the company want to achieve, but grew to fast over the last couple of years by acquiring other businesses, and therefore lack the leadership and talent to successfully mange the business. Cross functional communication between departments need to be improved drastically.

Pros: Good Stepping stone to learn industry
Cons: Long hours, lack of company direction
