I have learnt a lot

Opening the Store, managing staff, stock takes, customer service, pay roll, Stock coming in and out of the store strong communication between store and head office

There is no work life balance

the working hours are long, sometimes we work double shifts, usually from 8 am to 8 pm at night. sometimes we are asked to count stock until 2 am in the morning. my relationship with my co-workers is a good relationship on a working level i have learnt that work will never be enough and you cannot please your superiors. i have also learnt that most of the time i do not spend with my family because of random off days and extreme working hours. the most challenging aspect of the job are the working hours and unexpected requirements.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: ridiculous working hours

Great experience, learnt a lot but have reached my ceiling

Work starts at 8:00am I handle all the marketing activities: - Social media management - Liaise with international team to ensure all global requirements are met - event planning and coordination (internal/external) - Campaign development - Yearly marketing plan development - PR

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Working on weekends or after hours, no bonus and no benefits

Brilliant learning curve

Brilliant learning curve , slow growth though but have learnt alot about business, customers and personal growth really loved working there great customers , greatbl brand but growth is slow im a first year business management student studying towards a diploma so i would like to know how to run a business by being in the office , seeing how the business is running, goals set, how admin and audits are done from higher up
