Transacting payroll information by collecting, calculating and accurately capturing data (timesheets) Maintain and updating employee records on SAP payroll system as per approved requests Printing and distributing payslips on weekly and monthly basis Capturing leave forms, uniform deductions, stop orders (union), garnishees, Performing ad-hoc duties as and when required Ensuring processes are followed at all times Maintain filling system and ensuring all documentation is up to date Completion of relevant discharge forms i.e. UIF, PROVIDENT FUND, CERTIFICATE OF SERVICES and any withdrawal forms Dealing with pay queries from employees and branch managers

Good learning curve
Days are different due to working with different patients at different wards,there's a good work team together with the Doctors to Cleaning staff. I've learnt a lot about different diets,food nutrition and hygiene. I love and enjoy working with people you get to know more about life. The challenging aspect about being a wars hostess and w working with patients is getting scold at for any mistake,shortage of juice or anything patient's scream at you but you get used to it and its best if you don't take it personally just apologize for it.

Great experience
Im a hardworker,intelligent,good working with people and im a good listener. I respect my work very well and I promise you will regret by hiring me.learning new things day by day was so exciting but even though they were some challengs at times. Team work was great so challengs was so easy to deal with.

Learning Curve
A space of an office working hours, relationship wise it mostly depend on your character and great company to gain experience and I've learned a lot. its good company to work for with good colleagues it has its ups and down with the work load.

Good learning curve
I am working in offices cleaning desks, carperts, washing dishes, cleaning toilets and Windows. I enjoy working here, the clients are used to me and every time I'm not at work there complains, and they prefers only me working for them. They even like when I assist them with printing, doing copies for them, to help them when they are too busy, I enjoy working here very much, but I am still studying towards my diploma in IT, hoping to get a better job with better salary

I learnt alot in office work and how to work with various people.
When i started everything was going great , i started as a contract but within 2 months i was permanent the boss was pleased with my progress and how fast i learnt things i was doing manual labour as well as office administrator . the people i worked with was pleased some of them asked if i had experience in what i was doing but i told them no it was my first time. Eventually when we relocated offices there was so much of problems within the company that forced many people to resign. The most challenging aspect was when i had to do a job on my own because it required 4 people but i managed but was stressful because it was just for 1 day it was sometimes more.

Working at supercare has given me great experience to work with different poeple .
Working at supercare has given me the opportunity to work in different places and working in different places has made me to be open in life. Working with the people that I find at supercare gave me the experience course those people are encouraged me to study more.

Excellent chance to view your endurance
A typical working day for me is clocking in at 7 am in the morning and start by ensuring all the patients in the ward get their water jugs refilled, after which breakfast is handed out, then beverages are served. After all that is done, menu's are filled in for each patient and new admissions. Work etiquette entails professionalism and respect towards each other and thus is what it says. We all get along well and we work together to keep our patients happy. I have learnt that working in a a hospital, requires hard work, tolerance, patience, understanding and endurance as well as flexibility and emotional strength. I enjoy interacting with the people I work with, the sisters and nurses as well as the patients and sorting little problems out. I love taking time to talk to random people just for just. Dealing with sick people is always a challenge as you never know in what mood they are or if you are doing good enough for them. Nevertheless, I love what I do.
