Learning more to run a fleet from Aveng Steel

I enjoy interacting with colleagues when it comes to coming up with solutions, I prefer challenges all the time , coming up with ideas that we as a team can work on

Pros: Given an opportunity to show my skills and mistakes that needs correction
Cons: Any job comes with challenges and I expected or expect anything in terms of working hours , this at the end give positive outcomes
