Work expirience
- work as a team player and always ask for help when in need always eager to learn more work and take on responsibility. - work day arrange collection, do follow up and up dates , make sure to send any report before deadline before leaving for home always recheck my work - show all my co- workers respect , always kind and also professional, build to working relationship, always offer my help easy to talk to and friendly. - I have learnt how to do ADHOC collections, Exports and In ports, use the SAP system , capture PODS and I have attended business practice cause and customer communication cause. - The good and friendly environment, relationship I have built , the respect getting help when needed. - recovery last and mis-routed parcels, note getting correct information from suppliers or dealers having to relay bad new to customers about their parcels but still fight to keep the customer in business and still have the customers trust.
Pros: I have been promoted to a team leader for the national customer service department
Cons: Monday to Friday is a 8:00 to 17:00 job, but since the customer service is 24/7 hours we will take a fone home to work after hours for over time the phone rotaite on weekly through the out the team.

My qualifications, I have completed my Three years NQF Level 2 , 3 and 4 in Finance Economic and Accounting at Vhembe F.E.T College(TVET) in 2013, I have complete certificate in Call Centre Management at Egoli Commercial College in 2012 and National Certificate: Information Technology: End User Computing (NQF Level 3) at Kondi Computer Training in 2013. I believe that I have the necessary skills and passion to Finance Economic and Accounting. Excellent
Good relationship with co-workers I really enjoy my job but i need a more challenging job I also need a little bit more money as i need to further my studies but with my salary that i get i cannot further my studies.

Excellent learning curve
a typical work day. Some Co-workers are okay to work with but some are too inquisitive. I have learnt to do my days work and keep myself to myself. Work wise i have actually learnt a tremendous amount of stuff, starting at Telesales to Filing to controling consignment orders, etc and now i am a receing clerk. I honestly enjoy a smooth running day. On a busy day, ensuring that all work is done before day end.

Love working with efferent people of all levels, backgrounds and cultures.
This is the best opportunity for me as i did not have any experience when i started working here. I was given a chance and i used it to the best if my abilities. My job requires me to be informed more than anything else, I an the link between the Clients and receiving (back door) problems). I track trucks to make sure they are on route, make sure there is a smooth or almost smooth transitions from one customer to the next, Make sure orders are delivered and on time, communicate all problems regarding order with principles and solve back door problems.
Pros: Helps me think on my feet and handle conflicts and most importantly commotion as there can be a lot when dealing with truck drivers and receiving managers.
Cons: Getting in trouble for things beyond my control or things drivers did not do or do not want to do, I must have answers all the time.

All ways very out going

Excellent learning curve. Great opportunities.
I am a strong, motivated, responsible mature lady. Drive myself hard to be an achiever. Work great under pressure and love a challenge. When I put my mind to something, I also put my heart into it, as I always give more than 100%. I am honest and very open and prefer to face up what is coming, than to find out along the line that things were not as it was painted. Weaknesses, I do not have as I only look for opportunities and solutions, life as a whole is too short to see any negativity.
Pros: I have learnt so much of the FMCG industry that I could take a lifetime with me and invest anywhere to grow stronger
Cons: There are no cons as such.

Best client service
I am a hard working and well spoken lady. I have more than 10 years experience in the corporate world and love working with people. Working at the front office is a very important job even if it seems not to have any relevance. I am the first person that a customer or client sees when they get in contact with our company.
