Perseverance is key

I work long hours only Thursday till Sunday night shift. The good thing is I have enough time to rest since am off to work for three days. I think the kind of job is more of General work not cleaning since am working in th automative company Ford. Our company is a contractor there and I think we a undermined since we use chemical ( thinners ) and don't have adequate PPE. Our supervisor will turn to tell u things that will upset you just for asking gloves. We normally go and dig out the bins looking gloves which were used by someone else. We only receive one overall once a year. This job made me realise how tough a man should be mentally nd physically.

Very good working environment, management also good treat employees fairly..

I've been working for super care for ten years now, I have a great expiriance in terms of cleaning and hygienic. The only thing that I very rare into this company is promotions whereby they dont open opportunities for the employees to gat promoted to another level of their lives, no incentives or service bonuses thats the other they don't show appreciation of the hard work that the employees are doing...

All about learning

I'm not satisfied at all salary is too small, I paid transport pay rent nd school fees nd it's finished nd but ders r no benefits maybe transport etc! But with de employees de relationship is sooo gud

Cleaning

we clean and take care of everyone's dustbin. we also make sure that everyone's has to be responsible and doesn't throw used products around our area. my relationship with my co-owners is perfect because we respect one another. At this job,i enjoy being busy like cleaning and helping everyone

Pros: great opportunity promotion
Cons: 7 hours a day-to-day sometimes working 5 hours a day-to-day when we not too busy. I enjoy working more hours because at the end of the months,the salary I get I am able to do half of the the things I want to do

Dedicted and flexible

Typical work day from monday to friaday.I am an introvert but i relate with people easly.I like to help other people and work as a team.I learn to co_ordinate a kitchen alone.setting up for meetings.plan and organising it alone.cleaning all boardrooms.answering calls.making bookings for meetings.setting up catering and serving people.I ejoy to work with people. To interact with people at all levels.Challenging aspects of the job to work without equipment

Great place to gain experience in the chemical industry

I get to explore the whole plant and I've learned how electricity is made at Sasol.Every day provides a new challenge and I've learned to work with people from different backgrounds because of the diversity of the company
