Learning about customer service support.

My typical day at work is basically the same everyday as I do different branches everyday. I am a friendly kind person so my relationship with my co-workers is good. I have learned how to capture data from the system to the spreadsheet and I also learned more about customer service support.

Cons: working 6 days a week no weekend off and no half day

Good working environment

Good company to work at ,with loving and supportive colleagues.learned on how to be patient and how to speak over the phone with different people and how to handle them when they are mad . Also learnt on working in team which is very important as a person you learn new things from the other person.

Pros: Safe and clean environment
Cons: Working even on public holiday and weekends and getting one off day a week

Excellent learning curve

*I like to hear clients satisfied with the service. *I do not like it when I need help involving everything that has to do with a particular person, and that person and that person stalls. *Colleagues and I work as a team. *Gaining experience

I've learnt alot about sports and betting excellent experience

i am working from monday to friday i've alot about sports betting the management is very strict workplace culture is average there is no hardest part of the job as they train you and teach you how they do their way of things they does there is no really enjoyable part of the job as long the work is done and up to date

Excellent learning curve

It was a very good company to work for the environment was healthy n would allow you to grow. The management I couldn't ask for me you didn't feel that they were managers we used to make jokes n laugh but at the end of the day we get our jobs done.

Learning curve

I get to work at 6:30 and have a 30 minute break. Then knock off at 14:30, Monday to Sunday. Wednesday is my off day. My relationship with co-workers, is mutual. We help each other when we able to. I have learned a lot about call center or rather customer service support, and data capturing in monitoring. The most challenging part is reaching the target.

The the company has been good even the management I miss it it was nice working there but circumstances made me to move there's no growth in the company one position for long favorite is there
