My name Robert Richard Benjamin former student at the University of Johannesburg completed my studies last year doing National Diploma in Operations Management. During my time at school as a student i have been involved in a number of programs that has made me grow as an individual. For example i been in leadership role in an organization called Student Christian Organization better known as (S.C.O). And we have done as an organization alot of community activities visiting school encouraging young people to study further. It is for this reason that made me love the course i was doing. Operations management cause it also involves leading team and set goal to be achieved and most importantly deadlines. That is one of my abilities to lead people. I believe given an opportunity to be your campuny i can be a good resources to have. Am young vibrant energetic looking to grow and learn more thank you.

Good learning curve

I have learned a lot.Staff is very nice.Salary is okay.i enjoy coming to work no stress and my boss does not look over my shoulder.its good to work with people they are very friendly and its nice to keep the customers happy

I was working with a team

I am a young mature guy who is friendly,i am a very hard worker I commit myself to my job all the time, when am working I usually don't have problems like late coming ,sick notes cos am still young and healthy

Fast Pass

I work in a Fast pass enviroment. Dealing with customers on the phone and face to face giving them quotes on anything they need for their vehicles making sure their vehicles are safe on the roads and helping them get to their holiday or work destinations. Daily helping them with their accounts making sure all is in good order for payment at end of month. When i started at the company I had no idea where to switch on the computer now I know so much about Pastel. I enjoy working with clients on the phone of face to face. In the 10 years of working with them they became like family then I go the extra mile to make them happy

Different environment

So I just started at Supa Quick Isando and to say that it is different is a massive understatement. While the sales experience is quiet nice and stimulating, the environment and people around me are not so great. Take for example the owner's nephew. He struts around the place like he owns it, all because it is his uncle's business. Not cool. I wish this place could focus more on diversity and less on nepotism.

EXELLENT LEARNING CURVE

SUPA QUICK IS A VERY BUSY FRANCHISE SO WE ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND WORK UNDER PRESSURE, MY CO-WORKERS AND I ALWAYS GET ALONG WE ALMOST LIKE FAMILY! I'VE LEARNT THAT A WORK ENVIRONMENT IS NOT A PLACE TO MAKE FRIENDS IT JUST DOES NOT WORK OUT! I ENJOY MEETING AND GREETING PEOPLE BECAUSE I AM A VERY BUBBLY PERSON. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB IS HAVING TO REACH THE TARGETS FOR THE MONTH, I REALLY LOVE WORKING AS A RECEPTIONIST.

No room for development or growth.

Its a normal 8 to 5 job. The Saturdays are a lot of work to work every saturday. Doing more than expected without payment that is deserved for the work

Best working experience in the motor industry

Learnt alot , studied in the interim . I have earned my honours in Marketing management and am currently looking for better opportunities of growth. Working as a team and learning from the best senior manager of a technical nature was the best learning curve . Working as a team has humbled me a lot and been a dear and enjoyable working career to remember.

Learnt alot gained experiance

was a great place to work, for school leavers it would be ideal for somebody with family its not the best place. you can gain a lot of knowledge there but then you need to move on as time passes. its hard work and not for the feint of heart met a lot of people and made good relationship. we dealt with earth movers and it was probably the hardest part of the job but regardless it was fun and had a great time working for supa quick
