Read Emails, Answer phone calls, Check weekly sales data, Team interaction with co workers, learnt how people operate differently to achieve goals, Enjoyed closing deals, getting new customers, building excellent relationships, Sales Team Meeting

Pros: No growth for promotions until someone gets fired
Cons: Work 7 days a week, work late hours, no overtime pay

A company that's growing fast and expanding with adding production lines and increasing end product outcome.they are open to ways to benefit the company & innovation is gladly accepted
