Excellent company in all aspects: remuneration, teamwork, management and senior management, lovely accommodation away from home, training, co-workers, hard work, praise for a job well done.

Pros: Prepared to appoint a person which is a senior citizen, enabling one to add much value and experience to the job at hand.

I have learnt a lot of managerial skills, like applying the situational leadership principle

I enjoy challenges we face on a daily basis as the quality personnel vs the production personnel. This is easily overcome by focusing on the problem at hand as compare to focus on an individual. I am more than willing to learn from my colleagues, and I also like to mentor the stuff.

Pros: We are a small company in SA , and there are not much opportunity for promotion
Cons: Working monday to sundays, From 7:00 am till 18:00

Excellent Learning Curve

I am a dedicated and reliable person who is well organized and able to work under pressure and tight conditions. I am able to work as an individual and also in a team. I am highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
