Excellent ability to interact with customers
Sunglass hut has taught me how to challenge myself in engaging, communicating in a well manner and also ensuring that both My and The Companys image is on an exceptional Level so that customers do come back and buy not because of our products bit because of the good customer care they received from me as a sales consultant. Working here has also taught me how to be vigilant and alert of what a happening around me and to always make sure I have a reason for that happens in the store and to our products. What I enjoy most is the fact that my friendly personality is mostly recommended with high enegery levels with in the job as it keeps the good vibes flowing and keep a our customers Happy at all times. We treat every customer that walks in with respect and always making them feel Special.
Pros: great platform to learn how to treat customers.

Motivational Letter To whom it may concern I am a self- motivated individual who wants to get the best out of life. My motto is not accepting anything less than the best. I am a humble person and loyal employee, I am capable of adjusting myself to working in any given field, let it be in a team or individual. I take pride in the work I do, I am passionate and I strive to do more than what is expected of me, in short I am a hard worker. I am broad minded ready to discover new areas and ideas in all given field because I am prepared to lean. I have good customer skills and have been dealing with customers for more than two years, I am able to solve problems and find solutions when needed. I am self- disciplined when it comes to my job, I make sure that my first priority is my work and that it is done on time. Amazing experience and learimg curve.
How we become family in my company ,the relationship is amazing. Meeting different customers from all over the world and choosing a pair is a story on its own. The connection with customers lasts often outside work.As a team leader I found not having my boos on my side very challenging and time consuming.
Pros: Great incentive (only when target is made)
Cons: Working 9-7 and weekends.No bonus at all.

Excellent development
At my company we are family we work as a team if you notice that someone is struggling in performance you stem in an help one another. We also send motivation, quote to inspire one other. We create emotional connection with our customers. We build a strong relationship with in our team.What I enjoyed most is to engage with customers ,know them better before I can even sell them our products.I also like to have fun while I'm busy doing my job.i have learned who to to take rejection and who to manage time, when talking about time management I mean to do the priority things first.The most challenging is when we don't meet the kpi(key performance indicators).
Pros: Lotso of opportunity in the company
Cons: We work 7 days a week

The challenges of Sunglass Hut
A typical work day is standing from 9am to 6pm because chairs are not allowed. Selling and maintaining sunglasses is the job but also building an emotional connection with your customers, which most places don't use or care about. The manager can do a better job as could the company itself in the way things operate and is quite unruly. The pay per hour is above expectation for a part time but then your hours are limited. For a permanent your salary is a basic but after the company has deducted compulsory provident fund (may not be less than 7% of your salary) and their own taxes then the permanents earn less than the part times. The work does not allow much space for personal life or your own emotional needs as a person, which creates an unpleasant environment. There are great commission opportunities but sadly there is also tax taken off those too. The company is great but works backwards and is taxing on a person

I had to to learn not to be emotional involved
When i was an intern at FAMSA Kensington ,I used to write everything down on my work book,then i had to listen at the messages and call the client to book appointment,Also to do the follow up.I had to write the notes down on the face sheet and also the case number for the other person to know where is the file.When we prepare for a workshop e.g parental skills we have to share the topics according to the sessions that we are going to have and also we used to brain storm before and aftr the sissons. Sometime we had to rotate as co-ordinators to go and help at the head office .I used to work at the switch board and also responsible for payment and also letting the counsellor tha the client has arrived.I've ;earnt to work indipendant and also a team player,i enjoy doint workshops,wthe challenging aspects was to be emmotional involved.
Pros: giving hand out to our clients and passes by
Cons: sometimes we had to work on weekends

Being a good team memeber and working well with people
as i worked at sunglass hut i have learned that when you have a good personality it becomes easy for you to adapt to your work,my real;tionship with my wokers was excellent because am a friendly person, what i love the most is that all of my customers are sweet and i easly approach them,the msot challenging part is when you want them to donate for one sight and when it gets busy in the store you must be fast and try by all means to assist everyone with a smile .
Pros: the graet opportunities is that i will succed in my dream of becoming a Human resource manager
Cons: i dont mind working long hours because i love people

I AM WHAT I AM IS BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY
it is a wonderful place to work at because the company allow us to be who we are, and i really enjoy to go to work because you get to meet different people with different aspect of views in life so i could say its a best place to work at. i like to make the day for the other person and enjoy working with my team because we are more like a family now. the challenging aspects it was when we did not make the target for the day.
Pros: great opportunity because today i have a managerial skill and a good communication skills.
Cons: if we did not meet the target for the day and when we had a stolen item.

Excellent learning curve
Sunglass has taught me so much about retail, from opening the store to closing it alone sometimes, time management, operating the cashier desk, stock taking, banking on a daily basis (filling in banking book) and checking cash float to making sure that everything balances. Counting of stock in the morning and evening, working with energetic colleagues and good management team that live up to the brand. The aim being able to deliver excellent customer service and share the sunglass hut experience with each and every customer. The most challenging aspect is theft (external), but the team is very much vigilant and have a solid strategy to

Technology that is put into sunglasses.
Sunglass hut is a good company to work for. I never went for training but i was the top salesman out of the 3stores i worked in. I've brought stores up to a high with and without a team. Working at sunglass hut showed me my skills and abilities I never knew i had.
Pros: Great colleague's to work with.
Cons: Understaffed most of the time.
