A very busy company with no structure

Sunbird perfumes was the a very nice company to work for, as I have learned customer loyalty as well as understanding. I started working in the manufacturing area, bottling perfumes as well as packing them in the bottle shop. somedays in the morning I would the production plan for the day and later in the afternoon would pack orders for cape town, so in this was I am saying I have done almost every work they would ask me for and for me was a very good thing as I was learning new things. I ended up being in front helping all the walk in clients doing all the receptionist work, and my boss trusted me enough to sometimes pay the casual labourers. There was no structure, as our boss(owner) was the only one to give a go ahead and he was not always in the office.

Pros: product knowledge and customer unnderstanding
Cons: no structure but had an opportunity to learn about most things

I am an assertive lady who gives my best in all that I do.i am an ethical person with regards to giving the organisation optimal dedication. I am qualified with the degree and certificate . I can add value to your organisation if given an opportunity.

Pros: enjoy working with people and independent
Cons: no basic salary no medical aid
