Having the cabality to learn more and been able to accept the challeenge given to me at hand

my passion that I have for the food and beverage industry says a lot to me hospitality industry is one of the growing industry and having the knowledge that I have is a blessing, a person can learn a lot and gain a lot of experience. working with the staff that has a passion for the industry is absolute amazing we all come from different works of life, hearing each one story of how they got involved in this industry its like been able to figure out which department they belong to and how they as an individual will go about in making that department or outlet work for them. challenges in the work area are there to show you that you can work hard and pull it through they show me that I can push myself to work hard and complete the hallenge

I've learned on handling issues with clients, i have learned communication skills

Working with more than 1000 people is more challenging, although we work different shifts, i have learned that working relationship it is important with co-workers, and also that personal issues must not interfere with work. I also learned and grow in dealing with clients with different altitudes. No matter how a client is hush or not i learned how to maintain my cool and handle it professionally no matter how challenging it is. Time square tought me a lot, it was and still is a learning curve for me. The most exciting part of my work is that i don't really consider it as a baggage but rather a privilege to be part of time square family. We really get a long with co-workers, we do our jobs in our different departments and go home. Anything to grow our campany.

The time I have spent with the company am working with has been a huge learning curve

On a day to day basis working in the current company am in is great I get to deal with different challenges every I get to learn on the go. I have learnt to balance my work my personal life school life and balance them accordingly and continue to produce good results at work. Working here I have learnt that with determination I can do everything because n I am able to work with different kinds of people, in a period of two years I have been in 5 different departments and with time I got to learn Understand n do the work that is required of me. The most challenging aspects of my job is moving from department to department and having to learn on the go in a fast pace.... What I have grown to love and enjoy is the freedom I get in learning a lot of skills and growing as a person in the hospitality industry

Good learning and growing environment

Working at Sun Time Square gave me the opportunity to grow as a person and to learn new things in the gaming industry. The relationship with my co-workers was good and we were always working as a team. We were working different shifts which was the most challenging part of my previous job. I'm currently looking for a job as I am unemployed now. ing

Greate opportunity on development programmes

My Job is base on purchasing I am responsible to place orders and base on procument process ivoice on the system and create a great relationship with the suppliers also conduct stock take I am a store man supevoisor couch the guys and monitor they job and I great team member advise my co-workers. I lean how to lead a team and how to solve a problem base on supplier chain across the organization. It's a entertainment organization lot of fun because we dealing with daily custormers. It's to adjust on changes on short of time base on operational requirement.

Pros: I been Promated 2years ago from Warehouse Assistant to be Stock Controller
Cons: Minum of 8 Hours to 12 Hours

Excellent learning

I have always had a passion for culinary industry and since an early age have been experimenting with recipes and different ingredients and I like to spend time doing this. . I would like to have a long career in the culinary industry as a Chef and feel that with my passion and experience so far I could do a good job as a Chef in your company. I am a hard worker, very organized and a stickler for attention to detail and I feel that these skills are good in a kitchen setting. I enjoy working as part of a wider team but I am also very capable of working on my own initiative. I welcome every chance I can get of learning and experience new skills.

Best platform to start off your career as a chef

I was a student but currently unemployed ,it was a great growing experience that taught me a whole lot about being a chef.That has made me to learn how to work as a team player with other people, now I know how to work under pressure in the kitchen.

I'm having a good relationship with my co-workers also I'm having a great company good competitive department. Communication it the key to our department also team work is great in a exceptional level. Professional Management everything.is well but reason for living my company is to develop my career to a next level
