It's a very good working environment

It is a good environment for learning good culinary if you want to have a great career as a young chef. My job is basically common for any commis chef. I prepare stocks and sauces whenever the senior chefs require me to do and all the mis en place. Make sure that all working stations are in good kitchen hygiene standard. Receiving stock and packing of the stock ,applying fifo procedures if necessary. I would run the pass whenever it is quiet .
