Good learning Curve

Day to day routine work of analysis, good working conditions and team members to engage with. I enjoy working on projects and investigations because it's an opportunity to acquire new skills and strategies that improves work performance. I have learnt to perform various tasks simultaneously and how to prioritize when under pressure, the challenges that I am likely to face are meeting deadlines and sometimes to having sufficient resources to work with.

Excellent learning experience

I have learnt to use HPLC water instrument. The environment is a good one when it comes to learning. I enjoy analysing samples. The challenging aspect us having to do OOS and deviations

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and grow
