Great for school leavers

Everyday is the same old copy and paste type of job but the people there make it bearable they are the best they make you. The only buzz is when something goes wrong

Finance is quite broad and

My day is mostly liasing with suppliers via email.Processing invoices and payments. Sort supplier queries.Work hand in hand with my team to solve queries in less time.I have learnt that there is always room to grow in my field.I enjoy reconciling my accounts and am happy when done.It is a challenge to not be able to pay a supplier on time due to different reasons,but also makes one sharpen on some skills.

Pros: There are opportunities of promotions if one changes departments.
Cons: Luckily the hours are not bad.The negative is just that the office is far from home.

Good Learning curve

Process invoices.Deal with supplier queries and process payments.Have a good working relationship with my team.I have learnt that when there is a crisis we do not panic,but assist each other. No one passes the bug. The challenge is when you have to calm the supplier down and reassure them you will sort their query as soon as possible.

Pros: Not much room for promotion
Cons: Drive long way to work and home.
