Everyone can teach you something.

I would be mostly involved in conceptual developments and brainstorm sessions. Other responsibilities included video and animation. I had a great relationship with my co-workers as I would from time to time help with understanding software and also give motivational speeches and also individually motivate co-workers when they are going through tough times . A typical workday would be to help others meet their deadlines, however, a challenging one would be meeting one myself. To counter this, I started aiming for my projects to have an early deadline so I can have space for changes whether from CD, QC or client. I have most importantly learnt that everyone around you in the workplace is a chance for you to learn something from them and grow. People can teach you so much if you can just pay attention. They can even teach you things about yourself which are probably hindering your growth.

Cons: No credit or appreciation of hardwork
