- Typical day will normally start with Plant morning meeting to address precious shift performance and challenges( On HR side will check the attendance and those none performance, meeting with the department Managers meeting, General queries, Maintain HR program , Report etc) -I work very well with my colleagues and we always support each other and protects one another (have each others back). -I've that everyday is a different day and everyone is different in their own way. - People and companies culture -Union Consultation

Pros: The really great thing that a lot of people don't realize about manufacturing is that things are changing. People think that there isn't a lot of skill involved. But they couldn't be more wrong, there is so much technology that goes into manufacturing and that technology changes all the time, it's not just for the designers of products, the programmers for the machines and machinists need to be able to understand the technology as well.
Cons: Working Long hours as our company operate 24 hours in 7 days a week

Fast learn and can handly pressure

I'm currently working as production Area Manager for Sumitomo Rubber South Africa in Ladysmith. I enjoy working with different people of different culture. I always make sure that there is a strong bond between myself and my subordinate as well as my Superiors. I'm always willing to learn new things that will build more experience in my career of Supervisor.

Excellent marketing skills

my experience with the company, my day is always short due to the work i do.its requires me to interact with different people through telephone and in person for different reasons but all for marketing department. and our department working flow, would always want me to work more because of the enjoyment of the project we help each other on.

Good learning experience

The company is well diversified, a good mix of different people, gender and age. There are goals and targets to be reached which means you are working towards something.

Pros: Challenging work environment
Cons: Some days I have no work to do.
