Great company

The time I spent at Sulzer has been great. I got to learn a lot and it was encouraging to get opportunities to work in Procurement and Projects. My technical knowledge has improved a lot. I had opportunities to work on some big and important projects, and managed to do well. I believe i still have a great deal to offer and learn, and i believe a move away from Sulzer will push me to do so quicker than I would at Sulzer

Pros: Wonderful company to work for
Cons: None that i can think of, it's just that it's never a good thing for one to be too comfortable

Order processing

It was a good company to work for that give individual opportunity to grow and promoted to senior levels,the employees works as a team to archive company goal which are good service,delivery on time,more sales,quality goods manufactured,company systems always online,I have learnt SAP ERP System,the integration between modules from quotation to invoice business processes and company sales,presentation,to working with internal and external customer,IT Troubleshooting,training users,business maps,I enjoyed most troubleshooting because it felt that am being put of company solution by making the system up time 100%,the challenge was when they are lot of requests or queries that required more research and time while the customer is waiting.

Excellent industry exposure

Get projects released and into production facility . get requirements identified and ordered. get product produced and ready for assembly. get product scheduled to completion within delivery dates . get issues sorted , but still within delivery dates . ensure people and facility can maintain successful deliveries . schedule all deliverables to accommodate all changing priorities in jobbing environment .

Pros: high level project exposure -ie. MEDUPI/KUSILE Powerstations
Cons: company reducing footprint under current Global situation
