Fast learner, hard worker, trustworthy

Typical days work - Will be in the office at 6. print my mails get the files to start my days work. (Planning your day) Follow up with Insurers regarding assessors reports/ authorisation. If I do not agree on claim settlement do my motivation to Insurers and get the fair / correct settlement for my client. Learn to read the policy in a different way. I do not believe in repudiating a claim if it is straight forward wear and tear yes, than I agree. Fight for the client to get the best settlement

Pros: No promotion - where I am now
Cons: There are no cons, straight forward salary and that is it

Growth Potential

I would like to grow myself and grow within the company and to use my current experience and utelise it to the best of my ability. I had a very strong relationship with all my co-workers. I have learnt to be yourself is the mst important thing. I think dealing with difficult clients telephonically was somehow challanging for me.

Pros: Beautiful working enviroment
Cons: Putting in the extra hours
