The best that i have learned at my previous company.

Working at an international fashion store has helped me in meeting different characters of customers. Putting a smile on a customer is very important at all times. I have learned the importance of attracting customers attention through Mechandising. We are given a platform to express our creative side through working with visual team. Not being able to get a customers item on time can be very challenging, but as an employee. I always make means of making the customer happy. With the help of other co workers, im able to deliver certain tasks on time. I have learned that time is very important. That means showing up at work at the right time. That shows how serious i take my job.

Pros: Dedication to the job. Punctuality, Team building, Attending to all cudtomers, unpacking and packing of stock, tagging iteams at all times, answering of incoming calls, keeping departments clean ar all times (house keeping)

Exploitation

You get to work long hours at the end of the month they pay you peanuts by cutting down your hours and give you more extra off days the following month You get to do other people's jobs but you get nothing Even if you reach your target you still get nothing, no incentives nothing at all Favourites are coloureds unless the African is a pimp

Pros: Great team, get to know how to deal with customers, able to communicate with people
Cons: No transport at night,earning peanuts, fraud and favourism

Learning curve

it was a big company i worked for the best selling fragrances in the country and my counter was no. 2 in the region.we were 2 in the counter we were team players and the counter was alway meeting target.i really enjoyed wotking there meeting different people and learning different language.we had the best colleques from all departments

i enjoying working in retail ,working for Stafford is the greatest experience ever.

i have a year and couple of some months working in retail and it is a great experience ever, i enjoy working around people that is the reason why i enjoy working in retail.

Learning curve.

Working for Emporio Armani is a great experience however there is no growth and our performance is hardly if ever recognized. However the atmosphere is amazing and you get to interact with amazing different clients. I enjoy interacting with clients most. My job has become a pleasure because of the amazing relationship I have with my colleagues. The most challenging aspect of my job is coming across difficult clients as you would everywhere in the world however I have learnt not to personalize it but findbetter ways to handle such incidents.

Pros: You get to meet great clients.
Cons: No growth, lengthy hours.

It is an excellent company to work for, wonderful candidate to work with and magnificent employer.

It was a wonderful experience to work for the company, especially when they are days for promotions where you have to work over time but me it was a good time cause is where I was doing extra money and I was having a good relationship with my candidate and also learnt a lot lot from then. I enjoyed the most when these a brands coming in then it's more like you going back to school cause these a short break and long break and you knock out early. The most challenging aspects of the job was smile when customers coming in, greeting, offering of assistance and calling back the customer if he/she didn't find what they were looking for.

Pros: I will appreciate to have this opportunity to work for company.
Cons: Long working hours at the moment is going to be hard for me , cause I have a 2year old boy who needs lots of attention.

Interesting

Good day Well what can I say ,its been years since I was job hunting then one day through the help of my mom's co-worker I got a job a Stuttafords ,which is a very up market and high classed store. It's been interesting and hectic most days trying to juggle not having customers then there's days to juggle a flood of customers,getting to learn new things everyday .Trying to improve myself . Then there's days where you think to yourself what are you really doing here Thank you Kind Regards

Excellent working environment

Stuttafords is a very nice company to work at and management is always ready to give its employees a chance for growth.Doors are always open for any advice .They believe in a smart worker not a hard worker.

Exellent communication

I learned lots of things in the industry like dealling with different courriers and different people had good communication with my maneger and team members, faced diffilcuties of dealling with suppliers and customers when it comes to claims, i realy like enjoy working in this department it challenging and teaches lot of things about retail and logistics.

Pros: trust worthy
Cons: working public holidays
