Excellent learning curve

i think the company im working for is agreat company, because customer service is being preached on daily basis and one thing i like is theres an opportunity of stating your mind by that i simply mean outcome/different ideas are welcomed. first time i get there i didnt know their proceedure though ive been working with somany companies including;Spar;Boxer Super Srore;Queens Park and Webbers... we all know that every house has/have its own rules and regulations by so doing they nicely tought me their way of dooing things, and they werent hush with me. But one thing i dont like about my working place is theres too much noise in there and the guys im working with surely dont respect other peoples dignity but thats withing the stufff. If id get a chance to get another job id probably do so as soon as i can.

Pros: we promote our self and stock
Cons: i think this onehas an impact because we sometimes work 12 hours on busy days but im used to that

Quick Learner,I love competition .I respect people We were taught at Church Shembe

Where I was working I had good relationship with the managers,they loved the way I am eg I don’t drink alcohol am a church guy etc I have seen you making young people dreams come true

I have learnt to be able to assist and be humble to people

Working for studio88 it is good opportunity for me cause they have showed that working hard pays as I showed that I'm an hard worker and I was appointed as best manager of June 2019 to December 2019.

Intermediate learning curve

Studio88 is clothing store we sell sneakers and sports clothes, we communicate with different customers daily which is what I like the most. Team work is what we do on a daily basis and the challenging things is to deal with a difficult customers those who dont like to understand.

Pros: Opportunity to manage shops and becoming a regional manager
Cons: We work 10 hours on week days and on weekends and holidays is plus or minus 7 hours

Best experience working for company alot learnt abd grown through oy had great experience just needed different thing different environments and different adventures

I am a well-rounded individual with a hunger for knowledge and experience.

My main objective is to actively participate in a company that challenges and moulds me through hard work and responsibility. I want to set and achieve important goals for myself and for the company I work with. It is vital that I am in a role that excites and drives me daily while allowing me to add value. I choose to use my initiative and take control of any task at hand. Hard work is something that motivates and excites me. I want to be a part of a professional team that adds value to my career but also allows me to add value to theirs. I believe that what you put in you get out and I have always put in one hundred percent.

Cons: 9 HOURS AND AM ABLE TO WORK SHIFTS EVEN OVER TIMES AND WEEKEND

I regard myself as a person who is:committed,hard worker,self motivated and ambitious,team player,eager to learn,problem solver,can work under pressure,adapt quickly,prevent stock loss.

Great expirience

Working at studio88 is quite an experience as its my first job at first i wanted to gain work experience but i learned that its not just about that . I learnt how to communicate with my stuff an customers. I immidiatly know and am able to see what my customers needs are and i deliver . It also tought me how to work in a team with others . So i am happy and even more reason why i want a working environment like that to learn and gain knowlege and grow

Good listening skill

I am a casualty at studio 88 and during this time I am learning a lot of this like the customer is always right and selling product to the customer or convince them why is the product good for them. I enjoy working with my colleagues because we correct each other's mistakes
