Great opportunity for me to learn
I relate with many co workers as the environment is friendly and condusive to that. I have learnt to adapt to a lot of things some of which I have never learnt in tertiary. I have also learnt to be flexible and try to find my way through a lot of projects. I enjoy a finished project with everyone smiling. I also enjoy the collaborative effort that I have to go through, the stresses and debates because they bring out the best in me, also teaching me stuff I didn't know. The most challenging aspects are embarking on something I am not informed of. Starting something new that requires a lot of research.
Pros: Exposure to telecommunications, opportunity to learn, flexible working hours.
Cons: Difficulty in getting things done by other people because they also have some work to do.

Excellent communication skills
I am 23 years old lady. I am highly competent, motivated and enthusiastic person with experience of working as a part time retail assistant for the last two years, and have gained extensive experience of offering advice to customers, dealing with complaints and monitoring sales display areas. In addition to these abilities I am also proficient in meeting sales targets, stocking, replenishing and cleaning sales areas and assisting with retail product selection. I am well organized and proactive in providing timely, efficient and accurate person who is supportive to work colleagues I am approachable, well presented and able to establish good working relationships with a range of different people.
