Great learning curve

I have learnt the importance of structure and having processes in place that work. Personally I love the flexibility in the working environment that enables us to find out niche. I have understood not everyone would buy in to the vision of the company. As long as my vision is aligned with their vision then all is well. I enjoy the constant learning and once you think you understand something more innovative comes up. The most challenging aspects is basically working with team members that are not willing to change because how they have done things has always worked.

Good communication skills, adapt easily to environment,

On a typical work day as i walk in the phone rings,i waist no time answering it the transfer it to the correct person they looking for or take a massage if the person is not available. I am a fun,bubbly and friendly lady who happens to remember everyone's name within no time. I have learnt to speak and dress in a professional manner.I really enjoy waking up in the morning knowing that i am going to represent the company i work for. Most challenging aspects is multitasking eg: being on the phone with a client,trying to explain whatever it is while theres an incoming call and a visitor walking in.Also ordering stationery and refreshments can be challenging because i have to make sure i order the correct stuff needed.

Pros: easily adapt,willing to grow and punctual
Cons: i dont mind work long hours

Run day to day operations. Run projects from start to finish. Schedule developer's diary, create project plans. Liaison with stakeholders on projects status. Manage client relationships. Run scrum with the project team and update trello boards. Create functional specs, technical specs. Tester

Fast paced, High delivery rate

Good culture, otherwise we would all collapse. High demand clients, long hours, quick turn around with high quality and narrow margins for error. I have learnt to not take work too seriously or personally. I have made a life long bond with my coworkers. I have learnt that boundaries are necessary to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Wouldn't exchange my time there for the world. Good team.
