Excellent learning curve

en a very good journey and we get along I have I have gained a lot of experience starting from being an administrator to a senior role. Pros: It's a medium size company but offers one a great opportunity to learn even about other departments.
Cons: Since the lock down started, one has been working long hours.

Operations is not my forte

Great learming curve

Its a great company to work for. I was in charge of all daily weekly and monthly checks and orderers. Running and maintenance of any and all business technology's.

Great knowledge

Great track and continuous product training and personal development. No opportunity to grow within the business though. I enjoy working at Stratum Benefits but I have feel that my job doesn't require any particular skills and with my experience and expertise, I would like to grow and develop myself.

I've gained experience and a lot of knowledge

Working at Stratum Benefits is great , The atmoshpere and environment is good , I've learnt a lot from Stratum Benefits and the co -workers are very encouraging ,Stratum benefits thought me to work well under pressure , negotiate with clients in a professional manner and multitask , the most challenging part was getting members to pay all outstanding premiums back in full before they policy is officially retained . What I enjoy most is , I'm constantly negotiating and saving clients money ,and I'm able to help make a difference in each members life by retaining they policy .

GOOD WORKING TEAM

Got on with co workers worked in a team. 8am till 4,30pm Learnt about gap cover working in a team and having team building we all helped eacher and training for the work before we were out on the floor
