First level for me in an office environment

It has been/is a learning curve in the office environment. I learn from my colleagues, I do what I must do as best as I can and try to be smart about it. I have met different characteristics of people and I try to be neutral in any situation. And if need be, I would rather be silent under situations that really don't need my input, or it's not part of the company. " I am here to work and do the best job as I can, not to make friends" kind of person. My personal life stays personal and outside work. It's a small company so not much to do, but I enjoy helping out with payroll and invoicing, and I would like to do more of something like that.

Pros: Not a lot to learn, or was not given opportunity to be trained in other aspects that I really wanted
Cons: Not working weekends

Great company to work for.

Labour broker company sourcing staff to other companies payroll was done weekly monthly and biweekly Loading of new employees, rate changes, increases, leave and bonus payouts. Invoicing on a weekly basis to clients COmpleting of UIF documents as well as bank letters and Service Letters for our employees. It can be a very stressful but challenging enviroment to work in. I loved new opportunities and learning new skills with regards to payroll system.

Pros: Learning new skills.
Cons: we had long hours sometimes but challenging.
