Very highveld pressured industry but provides an excellent learning curve. Lots of opportunity to expand your knowledge in IT. I have met a variety of different characters and have learnt to be patient.

Excellent for working experience

Currently not happy because of unprofessional team leading. urgently looking for something different, however work environment is friendly staff is friendly. No off days doing standby no chance to rest properly.

Excellent work experience provided

The work experience in it's entirety is absolutely amazing. You get exposed to all aspects of your role within the company. With regards to interpersonal relations, you are taught within your role how to professionally liaise and communicate to both internal and external parties. The challenge lies within the internal communication, as is within any other organisational. As for the work environment, it is very demanding and can sometimes come across as negative. This however, is mostly due to the method of management.

Excellent learning curve

A eye opening experience into the Oil & Fuel industry specifically on Point-of-sale support. I enjoy the take-on of new services, new CRM system or integration to other services the most. This normally end up being mini Projects which is one of my favorite thing about my job. It can however become a very routine work environment which take the challenge out of the job.

Pros: Opportunity to become a subject specialist
Cons: Support departments have the tendency to work in isolation

Excellent learning curve

To provide comprehensive, high quality administrative support to internal departments as well to external clients / customers. To provide key administrative services within the Sales Department. Quotations: Consumables, stock, repairs, service requests and project installations.

Everyday is a new chalenge

Because of the nature of the business we are faced with challenges everyday. Technicians that has to do new installations or maintenance calls where accommodations has to be booked last minute. The thrill of always being busy and having to meet deadlines, which I love. I like the people I work with as we've build a relationship over the years.

Pros: The people you work with is what makes the company.
Cons: No growth oppertunity.

Excellent Learning Curve

Excellent learning curve for technical analysis, customer service and employee management. Reputable company that strives meet customer requirements to their satisfaction with SLA as high as 99% with over 2000 incidents closed per customer nation wide. Dedicated employees that are willing to always go the extra mile not only for the customer but in supporting their fellow colleagues. I have obtained sound interpersonal and management skills working in this family.
