No room for growth

I have started working for this company since 2007 may the 15 and i must say at first things were going right until i have realised that i am not going anywhere because of sitting in one place.There are no opportunities or internal and they are not even advertising the post we will see a new person starting not even knowing that they was a post available.What i am doing is customer service because i they one who is helping customers each and every day with paper work.My relationship with the workers is very excellent because every one of them is coming to me for an assistant because i am the one who is keeping all the company paperwork.I have learned to communicate with different people in different languages and computer skills of course.the thing that i enjoy the most is to know that i am very helpfully to our customers and also to my colleague.

Pros: no promotion opportunities
Cons: normal hours

Good work environment Functionality woekd Staff well looked after by CEO Good work ethics Gshort staffed CEO have faith in younger staff me members owth potential to a degree
