it is well good structural and piping company with excellent hard working employees but a poor lack of managerial supervision on top hiring their fellow relatives and family whom without proper skill to their daily work task with kinda corruption smelling in their offices,plus a way high super tax on our payslips and delayed of payments on their employees trasportation to workplace,poor or lack of communications between management and workers,by the way it is good company explore our skills and competency in short job contract like a shutdown jobs and great in safety records at all time

IR CLERK is based on HR work as you help with duties
Helping our HR with a day to day task in the office, preparing files for the hearings, informing employees about meeting via smses, booking of hearing and boardroom for meetings. I can keep my work confidential to workers, I always smile with and am open to all employees when they come for help. I have built a healthy relationship with my co-workers because I listened to them when they show me my mistakes, I don't get angry easily. what I have is that when working with people you must listen to them when they advise you, let them help you where you don't understand, build a good relationship with them and have a good communication. The most thing that I enjoyed is working with many people. The challenging thing is when I must prepare my self a warning
Pros: working in this company has gave light of working in the construction industry
Cons: i dont mind working long hours as long as there will still be a lot of work that need to be done

I have learn a lot about Engineering and Safety as it was my daily bread.
Working on a construction on project is a learning process especially when you are determined to know much about what you are doing working as a team has an good influence and it teaches one to maintain relationships and to handle pressure.
Pros: Safety management
Cons: Working long hours and working save.

Continous growth
I am looking to expand my knowledge of this field and share my experience gained the past 10 years in safety. You never stop learning no matter how much experience you have. One needs to be continously upskilling themselves. I have learnt a lot and have improved on a lot of areas like communication, worki g with people. I am very organised and goal driven.
Pros: Great company, good management. Training is available

Have earned a lot of experience
Work days sometimes get very long, other days if its a good day 'then time fly's. My Relationship with Co-workers are very good I'm an extrovert and love to talk to people you always get in any company people you don't like and disagree with, and people you don't trust. I have learnt a lot at Steval, to be loyal to other people not to trust anybody, always to be the best you can be even if people don't like you, not to leave things until number 99. I have enjoyed our social club every month where al the co-workers get to know each other better. my Challenging was for me to learn to do a job in 2 days I was a technical clerk then become a Document controller.
Pros: To get a permanent job
Cons: 7.30 until 4.30 sometimes overtime but we dont get paid for that

Exiting. Opportunity for growth
I have Lots of opportunity to interact with the ClientThe job entails interpreting Client requirements and ensuring all works are streamlined to ensure client needs are met. Both quality and time at minimum cost. Everyone is made aware of the dangers of reworks or not meeting deadlines. Great opportunity to work with all departments.
Pros: Takes you to different countries and new scope of work
Cons: Sometimes site conditions may not be favourable, e.g War or disease outbreak

Good experience
Lack of clear planning and follow up on daily activities, under utilisation of skills, haphazard allocation of duties as per skill qualifications, poor reporting structure. Poor workforce welfare. No seriousness' with issuing of personal protective equipment

Learned a because sometimes you help others like Pipe fitters
I started as a Semi skilled in 2005, over the years I perfected my skills until I qualified as a Boilermaker. Over all I'm a hard worker and team player.
