Customer Service at its ultimate.

Coming from clothing line,jewellery, especially engagement and wedding rings,a mile stone journey in a customers life and as a jewellery specialist,being apart of that journey with them is remarkable. The company provides adequate training needed for a sales person. Product knowledge training Experience when customers buy their wedding rings. Team work important as most jewellery stores are 3 man store,so when one is on leave and the other is sick,having being multi skilled in all aspects of the business helps the 3 rd person to cope with day to day running of the store. Very challengingly having less staff than before.

Pros: Junior manager can become a senior manager in a bigger store.
Cons: Bucket time not paid in an adaquit way
