I have developed patience as I had to deal with difficult customers and work long hours.

Interacting with different customers everyday, including dealing with difficult customers and responding in a professional manner. Overall it was a great working environment had a good relationship with colleagues and regular custers. I managed to handle the pressure that comes with the job.

Learning Curve

I learnt a lot since I started working at the company,I also believe I have as an individual and now I know the effort it takes to work to work in retail.Communication and listening skills are the utmost importance in this industry because it's all about the customer.
