Learning curve

Working for step ahead was great,fun and exciting.everyday we would encouter different difficult customer but as calm, patient and a good listener as I am would help a customer.working with co-workers was challenging because people are different and some they don't want to be told but at the end of the day we just have to make it work.i have learned that people are different so u just have handle each one differently.i enjoy when we hit our target,when a customer leave with a smile on her/his face.training people to be manager and then do their job while their getting paid to be managers.

Pros: No promotion.
Cons: Working hours was not bad cause we had different mode of transport that we were using,but in December it was stressful cause we had to knock off at 8 and we were struggling to get transport, even if we tell them it was pointless.

Outstanding learning curve

Worked 6 days per week Very good team work and hardworking Learning everyday especially different personality of customers Sealing the deal was the most powerful thing i liked When the mall was so quiet, that affected the business
