Furthermore the company has a skills development in place to equip its work force. Day to day one have to observe safe and healthier working environment and adhere to standards in place. Co-workers are encouraged to engage with their superior in a productive manner. Punctuality, productivity, tidiness and attention to detail has been one of the things i learnt here. the flexibility and smoothness in running my duties were some of the highlights at this company. Working with minimum resources to produce the best was challenging but nonetheless achievable.

Had excellent work learning experiences

It was one of my highlight in my career working for Stella castings, i started as a production supervisor and had the opportunity to grow in the company. I have learned a lot specially with the export production and high quality expectations. This was always a challenge to get the products ready for delivery on time as it was big castings and needed a lot of effort. I had a good relationship with all coworkers and group management. I enjoyed working for the company as I worked a long time with them.

Cons: Normal working hours
