Hard working

I am an educated, experienced, quick leaner, focused, determined and driven young woman who excel in conducting safety files, conducting risk assessments, safety trainings, incident investigating, audits and have good communication skills. My goal is to strive to protect the health and safety of all employees through enforcement of OHS act and SHE standards. I believe your organisation will provide growth opportunities and rewards achievement for me as I will also add a great value in your organization because I always strive for excellence. Personal attribute I am a hard worker, very calm when dealing with difficult situations but smart and energetic with positive attitude towards any challenges. MATERIAL COORDINATOR , EXPEDITOR

This serves to confirm that I like my work and very dedicated towards changes and challenges. I have been working on different field from Financial point of view , consultants to Engineering and transportation. I was overseeing the three department under my full operation control, namely - Stores Control with all the personel, drivers, transport -material control and accommodations . Our Company is known of subcontracting with Eskom for Power station maintenances , (GO), short interim, ect,) to all the power station around the RSA this means travelling and relocation was compulsory. Our Contract with Eskom we someone time employ 500 people to 700 people per/ 6months .

Pros: I then began to be recognised with two side and Bakkie . To work on Both staion Matla power and Thuthuka Station as Co ordinator
Cons: i would monitor all the vehicle and busses if are parked after hours and just to ensure if all my drivers have arrived safely to their destination daily . But also monitor your overtime exemption

I have experience with Welding, Maintenance, Training, Administration, Microsoft Office, Budget, Workshops, Safety management, merSETA QCTO , NAMB and Skills development I have good communication skills, I perform on my own but can also function well in a team. I currently manage the operations at a training center including: Day to Day, Safety, Budget, Stores, Orders, logistics, HR Queries, Projects, Workshop maintenance, upkeep, audits, coordination of training programs, dealing with ETDP and placement selecting and recruiting candidates and dealing with disciplinary hearings. I have experience with tenders and costing estimation for tender submissions, calculating recovery of cost submitting grand applications for funding as well as acquiring special projects that supply funding as well as creating and preparing Presentations and business plans. I have sound understanding of the BBBEE system and implementation

This company afforded me the opportunity to grow as an individual and work closely with management and stakeholders. Ensuring the progress of job completion remains on the predetermined schedule and within the tripple constraints.

Planning of daily activities is key for my job, every task hinges on prior planning, analysis and management of risks to ensure that set targets are met with good quality. Continuous communication between team members and management is very important to ensure prompt and timely actions to respond to identified challenges.
