Learning curve was that for me its good to expand my driving more to the companies .ppl to meet

from working for stefannutti taugh alot that safety first check before depurture .in a days work we communicate with the foremans what they want to be delivery so we could manage time .my co workers we always good working with them .we try to laugh even though we see we under pressure we alwys put a smile and have good instead of turning to a bad day.driving heay material is the best ever i ever done transporting king pile 24tons each at the same time we were loading two in a 26m trailer best ever end offloading from the ships d0in double shifts most challenging time but goog learning curve.what these driving taught me is that deliver on time thats the most greatest end happy co workers more production

Pros: well i had a company vehicle to use from wrk to home then change to drive a truck end also transporting diesl
Cons: some days are longer then usually hours normally end sometimes we working sundays

Need to learn more

I have been in the marine construction industry for 6 years. I have done a lot of piling, dredging and been involved in other smaller jobs. Started as a Trainee in 2012 and I am now a Foreman. Currently working in West Africa but looking to relocate to Cape Town and try other types of construction to broaden my knowledge.

Pros: Traveling and working in different environments
Cons: Away from home all the time

Excellent experience since I joined them.

They gave me good experience in way that I learned lot of things by knowing how to do costing and making sure safety comes first no matter what Quality control , communication skills and site maintenance are also important

My working time and experience with stefanutti stocks the past two years

I have grow a lot in Stefanutti stocks. Handling petty cash and diesel make sure all documents are uploaded on the portal make sure all the relevant people get the correct documentation. follow up on outstanding documents invoices, book accommodation for directors, make sure all daily diaries is up to date main contractor as well as sub contractors. liaison between the client main contractor and sub contractors handling the stationary requisitions. I enjoy quality the most and gained a lot of experience and it is the most challenging part of my job. have a very good relationship with my co-workers.

Pros: im contract locally based
Cons: because it is a contract and im locally appointed there is no future in this company for me
