I work as cashier using computer daily typing, taking order's from the customers. And i have good relationship with my coworkers we like one big famile our team work is good even our team spirit we always motivate each other, to work with different people , respect each other, playing and laughing with them and to be sorounded by them, customer complains, shortages.

Quick learner

Good day for starting it is very good in the Yonnot company i am now its its enjoyable i don"t have a problem the main reason why im looking for job future oppertunities there is nothing nothing at all my co work team is very reasonable and do inderstand me cause i like to work with people in all respect i do't have a problem to work with people. My main words to my team always 'i might be young and clever but i give you respect to get respect' The learning curve was very quick cause it is a easy company and i like to challenge new admin and skills they bring to the company ky communication with customers i enjoy the most.

Good stepping stone

Working at a restaurant is very fun and mostly informative, its also very good for learning to interact with different types of people and cultures for diversity purposes. The staff I work with are very funand also can be very angering at times, but they teach you that people are different. Work can be stressful on busy days when you have to experience being busy and working as a team you have to work extra hard to cover the weakest link in the team while making sure orders and everything else is done in time. This job has taught me a lot of things, responsibility, time management, good workmanship, giving it your hundred percent in everything you do, and mostly taking pride in your work.

A solid background in working with clients

I enjoyed working under pressure and having well deserved reputation for excellent and wise skills, possessing a convincing track record of responsibility and integrity. We've used to work long hours and night shifts there were no company transport for staff members at night. I've learned a communication skills I now be able to communicate effectively. We had a good relationship as workers

Excellent learning curve

I has been a great pleasure working at steers although i have'nt been working there for long and another thing i like about working there is because i get to meet with people each and every day and also helps me with my communications and interacting skills. And i must say that the management and the the employees there are fun people to be around and they are always eager to help me whenever i need help somewhere or maybe if there is something i don't fully understand

Excellent customer service

Although we provide excellent customer services but we are not being paid for what we worth, our rate of working is very low and only being called to come to work when there's a busy, at the end you end earning less than R3000.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: Long working hours on holidays
