I was left with the office to run for a week while i was an intern their. It gave me grounds to think on my feet because there was no second to back me up when i was asked something by employees. That opportunity also gave me a sense o feel of how it will be like when I get a permanent position based on my career path.

Pros: I gain experience which is applicable to my studies
Cons: The transport was challenging, especially after working hours

I have a diploma in Human resources management. I have acquired administration, recruitment and selection skill at Steenberg winery (Grahmbeck enterprise) in Tokai. During this time I managed to advance my communication, engagement skills.

Pros: open mind for new things to advance my knowledge and skills
Cons: ablity to work under pressure
