Excellent to cross skill

A typical work day, starts at 6am. I organize my week in advance, so that i know exactly how many stakeholders i meet. We start the mondays with Manco, and end with the ops team weekly. this is to give us ample insight in terms of our deliverable across the global. My relationship with my colleagues is much like family. I myself am surprised that i have only worked there for 14months, yet it seems like a lifetime. My stakeholders enjoy my work, as i am always delivering to their expectations. I have learnt, that your job is not just your job. At the bank, you end up doing several roles and responsibilities, as this gives you insight into different business areas. i also assisted over the December 2018 holidays, and managed 4 employees duties which taught me alot of patience, more then anything else. I enjoy the diversity of the business, and that culture is very dynamic. Everyday is challenging. We have various projects running concurrently, so we always have to be on top of our game.

Cons: experience and cross skilling, is always an advantage.

Administration

I work for std bank for 2 yrs as teller , doing deposit, withdrawals, print statement and loading ATM. I also work for for company call Assetej as Administration . I was answering the call welcoming visitors also help projects that company run like magazine and youth development and write the mins.I enjoy working with team and individual as well

Team work makes a dream work

I have an awesome team that stands together and learns together. A team that believes in a work life balance. The greater management team exaggerates and get what they want to make staff feel non worth it. I enjoy feeling welcome and part of the inner team

Great experience, knowledge & skills achieved

Great company to work for. Work well on my team. Timelines are very tight, environment is stressful I have learnt that working as a team and assisting wherever you can, improves and builds a strong team. I enjoy the dynamics in the team and also the positive feedback you get from clients and stakeholders.
