Pros: Maybe in a year or two I could be the Sales manager, yes.
Cons: Very long hours. In my first month I worked until, 22H00 as this was to be expected, untill Covid hit us..It is expected to work for free after hours for as long as it takes. People are battling to get the correct mindset for the corporate structures.

Excellent leadership

I'm I'm am applying fo other occupation because I don't have any benefit at the current company or she myself growing to a next level. I'm currently studying supply chain management at IQ Academy to upskill myself

Pros: No opportunity
Cons: No benefit
