Eagured to learn new things

A 24hour shift everyday Working in the most busiest coffee shop in Rosebank I get along with all my colleagues, I lead the team into running a successful shift and productive,working hard to reach our daily targets and give customers good customer service so that they are more likely to return. I had challenges in dealing with conflicts at work amongst my stafff but I turned to learn not to give judgment but to listen to both sides of the story and be neutral,this was when I was given the opportunity to be an acting store Manager in my store managers absents for 3weeks. It was not easy but I am proud of myself because I have done a successful job and proven that nothing is possible. Degree or not but real work experience is what teaches you how to deal with pressure and handle hard situations.

Empowering customer service

What's exciting is to exceed customer expectations,make every moment right and own the customers experience. Making 100 transactions in an hour. Reaching highest targets. Working with the team that fully understand customer service. What's challenging is to manage a store and have a POS failing to operate on a busy days like weekends or school holidays. Customers that returns staff without receipt. I have learned that all the challenges and mistakes that i have encountered with customers and staff prepares to became better and better.

Excellent partners

Everyone works willingly but there's a lot to do Good partners everyone is kind Customers can be rude, we have regulars and you have to remember them The face,the name what they like to have etc

Excellent customer service experience

Very fresh and different environment, busy and you get to communicate with a lot of people. You learn as you go and the is room for improvement. As it is a coffee shop you get to serve the best coffee and see peoples faces being enlightened by the coffee
