My work was a good daily experience. I have a good communication relationship with co-workers. I learned that honesty and reliability plays a pivotal role in life. I enjoyed doing my work with dedication and concentration. The challenge was working after hours though worthy.

I do Indexing most of the time. We index new and existing clients applications. I can index 350-400 per day. I enjoy team work maintaining good relationship in a professional way. The challenging aspect is multitasking when short staffed.

Cons: Working overtime was tiresome though worthy.

I learned responsibility, commitment and communication at all levels.

I do documents Indexing daily and enjoy it. I communicate in a professional manner at all levels. I have learned that duty and pleasure don't mix. I enjoyed collaboration and communication with Co workers. The challenge has been meeting daily targets with accuracy and going extra mile

Ready to join this team to make a difference

I am a great team player and over the years i have learned how to manage and work with different personalities to enable a successful team. I mostly enjoy working smart and giving 110% towards achieving our team goals and in return being rewarded for our efforts doesn't have to be monetary something small goes a long way. the most challenging aspect I am faced with is people in my team who don't bring their A game an refuse to give 110 %

Pros: the people are very dynamic, great place to learn diversity
Cons: long working hours, non recognition

My work has been a good and recommendable learning curve. I enjoyed every moment of it.

I am an energetic man who value my company's value very high. My day at work is fully functional. My relationship with co-workers is very good in terms of good verbal and written communication. I have learned that Team work and respect is of vital importance in an organization. I enjoy socialising with co-workers at all levels. The most challenging aspects of my job is that you need to be accurate and dedicated to your job.

Pros: If you are a hard worker you get reworded for your hardship.
Cons: working overtime is sometimes boring though worthy

Excellent

Good company to work for except promotional opportunities, flexibility on moving around or the MANAGEMENT pyramid. Big company with good facilities and enough Resources
