I like learning from the position I am in although I would like to grow more and be given more responsibilities as well as increased benefits for my efforts.

Excellent learning curve into the asset management's risk, finance and operational space.

A warm welcome into the office space with a friendly smile given and received, a chance to review personal interest in current affairs and check up on back dated emails before heading into the daily tasks. Typical work day is full of surprises with great opportunities to increase your general knowledge and skill sets. Learnt the dynamics of a subsidiary's relationship with its parent company and the relationship that needs to be maintained and enhanced with shared services.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and develop into a professional of great standards.
Cons: Long time to get promoted
