Great deal of experience

It was a pallet project which means a new product for standard bank we were a team of 50 employees one manager and one quality controller. We had meetings every morning to review on the previous day and plans for the new day. We used to be one team like family helping each other if one can't reach his/her target will try to coach one another. By coaching one another you gain moreexperience in handling clients objection because I was a top perfomer. I enjoyed the most doing what I'm good at exceeding my target to prove that I am born sales women. Most challenging expert was to deal with clients from rural areas as they not exposed to telle marketing,but I over came that obstacle with the experience I have .

Pros: if you excell in your job you get that great oppotunity to be promoted
Cons: I work Monday to Friday 8h00 to 17:00

Great experience

Team players enveromental skills development and being productive in terms of contribution to the company you have to act like the shareholder or the owner in order to be productive

Pros: great oppportunnity to grow as a sales consultant but unfortunatly it was a contract position
