My Day would start by looking at the volumes that was actioned the previous day and what is required to be actioned for day and put in action plan to ensure all volumes are actioned to deliver customer service and productivity. Each day I deal with intense queries that was escalated by the team or an outside agent for the matter to be resolved. Touch in sessions with the guys very important to understand there mind set and if there is an obstacle to try to resolve it to the best of my ability and give direction. Have one on ones to advice of performance as well as coaching session to advise the guys on the aspects they did well and where they need to improve. What I enjoy the most of my job is make a different in a clients because I do not only help the client but his entire family to live a better life. What i have learnt is not to hear but to listen and listen attentively. I also have learnt never underestimate your ability.

Excellent exposour to the corperate environment
Responsibilities Sanctions Analyst (Level 1) Receive alerts from Reviewer Conduct investigation on the alert Determine whether it’s a match or mismatch Attach relevant documents (Prove of Evidence) and Send alert to reviewer to make his/her decision at level 2 PEP Reviewer (Level 2) Receive alerts from Analyst (Level 1) with attached relevant documents (Prove of Evidence) Conduct my own investigation on the alert Make decision -Close the alert at second level if it’s a false positive (mismatch) -Send alert to level 3 if it’s a true match with adverse or my decision defers with that of first level -True matches with no adverse need to be send to appropriate business units for continuation or termination of relationship with the client depending on the decision made by senior manager. Receive feedback from business units and attached documents to the alerts and send to level 3 to close the alert either by accepting or declining relationship

How was my previous job.
My previous job was good, I was able to learn new things almost every week. My colleagues were easy people to work with. I have to treat every person the he/she is. I have enjoyed the place because I was growing quick. The most challenging part is when people want to move you from your position and put other one without informing you.
Pros: management were encouraging us to learn more about other department
Cons: 7:30 till 17:00 it's a very long hour I once worked.

How was my previous job.
I was working from 8am till 16th, my relationship with my co- workers was good but not to all of them, most of people I was working with, they like me and like what I was doing. I have learn how to work with different characters. I enjoyed to learn from other department, management allow us to grow from one level to another. The most challenging is that I was getting people who are discouraging the good things I was doing. I have learnt that they were afraid of the challenge.

In becoming a team leader,
In becoming a team leader, l would not only be fulfilling my innermost desires, but also playing a vital role in the growth and development of the company by carrying out duties.I have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. l am an enthusiastic, great team player and have a passion for pushing the boundaries in reaching optimal performance.

I am able to work under pressure and without supervision
I am able to work under pressure and without supervision and i am also a team player and like to reach my goals and targets.I also like to go extra miles,assist my coleages when they need my assistance,I dont wait for my team leader or line manager to ask me what to do, when i get work i take resposibility of anything that could bring the team down and avoid down falls

Good learning curve
I learned a lot of things that i didnt have knowledge of.Whereby i am able to assist people with their accounts and also selling products to customers and also whereby you can have as many savings accounts as you like in only one debit card.
