My life at standard profil

In the automotive industry I have learnt quite a lot especially when it's comes to fixing your own machine and doing settings that most team leaders can't do or most tool makers can't fix. I'm a person that's very happy with my colleagues. I like to smile laugh and talk "junk" just to make my day ok but management at standard profil is a no-go. They can't plan or anything. If you wanna grow you have to suck up and that's not me. I'll work for what I deserve and not suck up etc. I'm working for standard profil for almost 8years and have trained quite a lot of people but never got any thank you or whatsoever even team leaders.

Pros: You really have to suck up and then the bottom line is that you working for an automotive company but the industry the company falls under is retail which mean you getting paid retail money!9
Cons: You must work extra hard to earn more money

Exciting work and challenging

Hard working and highly resourceful individual who pays attention to detail. I have good Excell skills as well as ERP skills. My conceptual skills enhanced the development of new Excell working file for ordering and reporting.

Dedicated Industrial Engineer

Standard Profile is a manufacturing company that manufactures sealing profiles in the automotive industry such as door seals, window seals, Outer weight-belts and dust seals. Operations management techniques and problem-solving skills and strategies are used to manage the processes, the layouts of the organization and hjh32and produce efficiently and giving effective products with less wastes, less machine breakdowns and also without many reworks and scraps.

Quick learner and enjoy working with people.

I'm a positive person that sees problems as challenges for improvement. I like to work in team and am capable of working on my own if needed. I'm a hard worker and strive to give 100% in my job.

Pros: We are like a close knit family. We work as a team to reach our obejectives especially since the company is reletive new and does not have proper systems in place.
Cons: Long hours and not getting paid for overtime. Company is the process of restructuring.

A clean and safe place is the ideal environment for a productive day

Get to work 30min to an hour earlier to get a proper handover from previous shift leader - walk production line to look for any irregularities like 5S and see the corrected - have a registry and production meeting at start of shift to hand out clear plan and goals for the day and motivate team - approve first offs and get hourly targets from departments - do process audit on my lines and ensure 5S are being adhered to aswell as safety - hand over to next shift with shift report

Pros: Continues pressure keeps me performing on my peak level
Cons: A lack of resources can at times make reaching your goal a bit challenging

Excellent place to learn

Hard working labour Learn to operate machines Enjoy the people and learning experience Having to deal with the parts that are produced in scrap Long hours on your feet to stand day by day Good relationship with most of the co-workers Working with different parts is very hard

I wish I could work for this company

I'm willing to learn anykind of work coz I'm a self motivated person and hard working with out supervision, I'm quick learner hard worker and also like to do a team work
