Its chalenging when the dealers book same days bonds late eg 10 minutes before cut off time

It depends days are not the same depending on the number of trades we have and rhe the time trades were booked.Dealers can decide to book same days trades late , it puts lots on pressure .I have a good relationship with my co workers- im transparent.I ve laernt to priorities my duties according to the deadlines, to maintain a good relationship with the clients, brokers , tealers, custodians and my teammates.
