Exellent Learning Curve

- A typical work day - Get to work at 7 leave at 4 work from that time no breaks - i work well with some and not with all you get some co-workers whose head is to big for the shoulders. - What you have learnt - Learnt alot with this company but would love to learn more - What you enjoy most - i enjoy learning new things. - The most challenging aspects of the job - Learning to work as a team always worked on my own now i have to work in a team which was diffucult in the beginning but i got use to it. -

My contract will not be renewed by the company.

Very difficult to work for this company as management does not listen to staff. Get along very well with my co-workers. I am out on the road daily. I enjoy my country trips the most as the poeple i have met there are very good to me. Meeting kpi targets in the western cape is very difficult due to cheap imports flooding the market.

Pros: good working environment
Cons: poor communication from top management.

Excellent experience

I've learned how to deal with clients customers when I delivered their orders. I have learned to be in time and how to deal with my scheduled manifest and trip sheets. My days where sometimes hectic working under pressure and long distances. We had a great team all work done at the end of the day with no issues and complaints.

Pros: Good for experience
Cons: You work under pressure

Excellent learning experience

I am able to perform any task that i am challenged with to the best of my ability. I am self motivated and a trustworthy person. I can perform any task on my own without supervision. I am confident to say that i will be an asset to your company

Pros: I am not dying of hunger
Cons: Working with uneducated people
