In my current position as a Data capturer working at Stainless Accessories has thought me a lot of things,things like data analysis,creating and submission of reports I have also learnt to work well with others and also working on my own which has shaped me to being disciplined and dependant.

Work with Stainless steel Production daily

My daily work is doing repairs and maintenance on blanking press tools and breakdowns on In press Tool repairs and assistance In press shop.I get along well with co workers, management, and factory workers.This company is only do stainless steel and not a wide range of products and only welding and blanking. I enjoy new challenges and complexity.

Pros: Never work short hours
Cons: Long hours and overtime demands

Since I've started working here, I've learned alot and gained lots of experience.

Doing quality first and last offs, controlling production output to customer requirement good working environment Long working hours micromanage involved I would say that that's a negative impact on the industry and working performances of there work ers
