I have learnt a lot in my current position particularly with being exposed to so many skill sets as opposed to what I have been doing for most of my career which was being in sales I am grateful for the exposure as it will better equip me for the amazing Job that awaits me. Its a small "family" which is also a whole new experience for me but I have learnt to face life and except the situations I can not change but yo embrace and always find a positive side to it all

Pros: diiferent job responsibilities
Cons: earning potential not s great or rathersaes structure
