Always striving to be the best

I am a hard worker, very passionate about m work and always striving to be the best in the term the relationship with co-worker is excellent because every one is motivated by my achievements and hard work. within the work i am doing i have learned leadership skills and values. i mostly enjoy when i complete every task given to me by my superiors. the most challenging aspects for the job is keeping the client happy and marketing and i make sure that all is done or achieved excellently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

I have worked for 6 years and is currently still employed by the company. A typical working day is to ensure that all the sites are fully equipped and functional. I ajve to ensure that we deliver the services that are in the package of cRe which forms part of the contract with the department of Health. Health and safety of subordinates are my concern and any other challenges as well. I have learnt to lead people much better by making them apart of the decisions. My role was to Manage all aspects of the projects and report it to the Directors, funders and the auditors at certain time frames.
